We are a small cleaning firm working in homes across W5, W13, W3, W7 and UB6, with a little office work on the side. Check-out cleans and regular weekly cleaning fill most of our week, roughly in that order, and carpets, ovens and upholstery fill the gaps. A move out clean is priced by bedrooms from £156; an hour of regular cleaning is £23. We keep to one patch and like it that way.
The houses we clean
Ealing was called the Queen of the Suburbs because of its grand Victorian and Edwardian villas around Ealing Common, Haven Green and Castlebar. Most are now split into two, three or four flats, and those account for about half our work. The borough also has three distinctive interwar estates: the Arts and Crafts cottages of Brentham Garden Suburb, begun in 1901 as the first co-partnership garden suburb in England; the mock-Tudor Hanger Hill Garden Estate; and the listed Art Deco flats of Ealing Village. Towards Perivale and Greenford it becomes ordinary 1930s bay fronted semis. And since the Elizabeth line arrived, the town centre has gained a large crop of new flats at Dickens Yard and Filmworks. A two bedroom check-out costs £243 in any of them. How long it takes us varies wildly.
Same cleaner, same home
Wherever the rota allows, the same person goes back to the same house. Customers prefer it, and it is quicker, because someone who already knows where the bin bags live does not spend ten minutes hunting for them. Illness or holidays mean a phone call from us, offering a stand-in or a different day. Nobody turns up unexpectedly.
What we bring
All the machines and materials come with us, so you have nothing to buy and no need to be home if you leave a key. Keys are returned within the week if you stop. Our vacuums are commercial models, the carpet machine is a hot water extractor, and the heated oven tank lives in the van. None of that fits under a sink, which is the honest reason a deep clean has a £30 kit charge and an hour of regular cleaning does not.
Prices in public
Move out cleans are fixed by size, between £156 and £425. Regular visits cost £23 per cleaner-hour, or £24 when fortnightly. Deep cleaning is £26 an hour per cleaner plus the kit charge, so £186 buys two people for three hours. Upholstery starts at £33 a piece. It is all on our price page, and the figure only changes on the day if you add work. The exception is office cleaning, which we price after a walk round.
Why we ask about licensing
Ealing’s additional HMO licensing runs borough-wide until 31 March 2027, and many villa conversions are licensed shared houses with written cleaning standards. That affects what a check-out includes rather than what the flat costs. Communal stairs are usually in, often the bin store, and inspectors like to see an extractor taken apart. If you tell us at the start, the shared areas are priced in from day one.
Hard water and planes
The water here is hard, so bathrooms take longer than kitchens. We carry acid descaler everywhere and give it proper dwell time. The other constant is Heathrow. When planes land from the east they cross this side of the borough, homes under the approach keep windows closed, and a fine grey dust gathers on sills, blinds and nets before being trodden into carpets.
Putting it right
After a move out clean, phone 020 8077 4338 inside 48 hours and anything the clerk marked down gets re-cleaned free, no forms involved. Our hours are on the contact page, the services page describes the seven jobs, and our terms cover cancellations and liability.
